Ensuring that you have the necessary rights, consents, and authorisations to use any third-party content included in your Input.
Evaluating the accuracy of Output and verifying that your use of Output does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
Ensuring that your use of the Services, and any Output derived from it, complies with all applicable professional rules, regulations, and ethical obligations relevant to your sector.

3
AI output and professional responsibility
Output generated by the Services does not constitute legal advice. Perry AI is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not give legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any Output before relying on it or providing it to any third party.
If you are a qualified legal professional, you remain responsible for exercising your independent professional judgement and complying with your regulatory and ethical obligations when using the Services. Output should be treated as a starting point for your own analysis, not a final work product.
4
Enforcement
If Perry AI has reasonable grounds to believe that you are in breach of this Acceptable Use Policy, Perry AI may — after providing written notice — suspend or terminate your access to the Services in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
5
Processing of personal data
To provide the Services, Perry AI processes personal data on behalf of the Subscriber. Find out more about how Perry AI processes personal data and your rights in relation to that processing in the Data Processing Agreement.
